Ordering & Payment

1. Can I change or cancel my order?
We move fast. Because every item is custom-printed just for you, orders go to our production team almost immediately. If you need to make a change, email us at info@lifeliveduntamed.com right away. If production has already started (usually within a few hours), we cannot cancel or modify the order. Please double-check your size and shipping info before you commit.

2. Do I need an account to order?
Nope, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track your order history and check out faster next time you need gear.

3. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), PayPal, Shop Pay, and Life Lived Untamed gift cards. All payments are processed through a secure, encrypted gateway, so your info stays safe.

4. I forgot my password. Now what?
Happens to the best of us. Just click the "Forgot Password" link on the login page, enter your email, and we’ll send you a secure link to reset it.

Shipping & Delivery

1. When will my gear arrive?
We know you're eager to get out there. Because we practice a "waste-less" model, every item is printed specifically for you when you order. Production typically takes 1-3 business days. Once your gear is ready, it ships directly from our printing partners and usually arrives within 2-5 business days. You’ll get tracking info the moment it hits the road.

2. Where does my gear ship from?
We design everything here in SoCal, but we partner with a network of top-tier printers across the country to fulfill your order. This allows us to keep our environmental footprint small and your shipping times fast.

3. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to adventurers in the United States only. If you are overlanding outside these zones and need gear, shoot us a message—we will see what we can do.

4. Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Yes! For domestic orders, we can ship straight to your PO Box.

5. My tracking information isn't updating. What should I do?
Sometimes the carrier takes 24-48 hours to update the status after the label is created. If you don't see any movement after 48 hours, please email us : info@lifeliveduntamed.com with your order number, and we'll track it down for you.

Returns & Exchanges

1. What is your return policy?
Because every single item is custom-made to order, we cannot offer returns or exchanges for sizing issues or change of mind. We don't hold inventory, which keeps our operation sustainable and waste-free.

2. What if my order arrives damaged?
We’ve got your back. If your gear arrives damaged, with a print error, or is defective in any way, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Just shoot us a message with a photo of the issue, and we will get a free replacement sent out to you immediately. No need to ship the damaged item back.

Sizing & Fit

1. How do the shirts fit?
Our apparel is designed for the modern outdoors—comfortable and durable. Generally, our tees run True to Size. If you prefer a looser, relaxed fit for camp, we recommend sizing up.

2. How do I know what size to order?
Since we cannot accept returns for size, please check the Size Chart on the product page carefully before ordering. Grab your favorite fitting tee, measure it flat, and compare it to our chart. It’s the best way to ensure the perfect fit for the trail.

3. Do you offer different fits?
Yes, we offer two main styles depending on the vibe you want:

  • Standard Fit: A classic retail cut—not too boxy, not too slim. Perfect for layering or everyday wear.
  • Boxy Fit: A relaxed, streetwear-style cut with extra room in the chest and sleeves.  
  • Note: Boxy fit tees use different sizing than our standard tees. Please double-check the specific Size Chart on the product page to ensure you get the look you want.

1. How do I hear about new drops?
The best way is to Join the Wild. Sign up for our newsletter at the bottom of the page. We don't spam; we just send updates on new gear, trail stories, and exclusive offers.

2. What materials do you use?
We choose fabrics that can handle the journey. Most of our tees are a soft, durable cotton blend designed to withstand the wash and the wear of the outdoors. Check the specific product page for exact material breakdowns.

3. Are your products eco-friendly?
We believe in treading lightly. Our made-to-order model means we never overproduce or send excess stock to landfills. We only print what you actually want.
