Refund policy

At Life Lived Untamed, we operate on a "made-to-order for sustainability". This means we do not hold inventory; every single item is printed and crafted specifically for you after you place your order.

Returns/ Exchange We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in their original, unworn, and unaltered condition with all tags attached. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs. To start a return, contact us at info@lifeliveduntamed.com.

Because our gear is made-to-order to remain sustainable and waste-free, we cannot offer returns or exchanges for change of mind or sizing issues. We kindly ask that you consult our Size Chart before purchasing to ensure the perfect fit.

Damages & Defects We stand by the quality of our goods. If your order arrives damaged, with a print error, or is defective in any way, we will make it right.

  • Timeline: You must contact us within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • How to Report: Email us at info@lifeliveduntamed.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue.

  • Resolution: We will send a free replacement to you immediately. In most cases, you will not need to ship the damaged item back to us.

Cancellations Orders go into production almost immediately. If you need to cancel, contact us right away within an hour. Once production has begun (typically within a few hours of ordering), we are unable to cancel or refund the order.
