All Sales Final At Life Lived Untamed, we operate on a "waste-less" made-to-order model. This means we do not hold inventory; every single item is printed and crafted specifically for you after you place your order.
Because of this custom nature, we cannot offer returns or exchanges for sizing issues, fit preferences, or change of mind. Please verify your size against the Size Chart on the product page before confirming your purchase.
Damages & Defects We stand by the quality of our gear. If your order arrives damaged, with a print error, or is defective in any way, we will make it right.

Timeline: You must contact us within 30 days of the delivery date.

How to Report: Email us at info@lifeliveduntamed.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue.

Resolution: We will send a free replacement to you immediately. In most cases, you will not need to ship the damaged item back to us.
Exchanges Since we do not hold stock, we are unable to process exchanges. If you require a different size or item, please place a new order.
Cancellations Orders go into production almost immediately. If you need to cancel, contact us right away. Once production has begun (typically within a few hours of ordering), we are unable to cancel or refund the order.
